Hi Gavin.

I just ran month end statements & our system had a hang up so I cancelled the first batch & when the statements finally came up, finance charges
had been added 4x! Help!

It sounds like something happened when you ran your finance charges. You can restore a backup from prior to running those finance changes.

Will that delete the finance charges off each pt's statement?

If you restore a backup, you will lose everything that has been done since the backup was made.
