Rejections for HCSC Plans (BCBSIL, BCBSNM, BCBSOK, BCBSTX)

Availity has identified an issue resulting in erroneous rejections on claims submitted to HCSC plans with one of the following messages:
CLMMSG|HIPAA|81002c|NA|Trailing spaces are not allowed. Invalid data:1000A|NM1|03I
CLMMSG|HIPAA|81002b|NA|The length of Element NM103 is '37'. The maximum allowed length is '35' Segment NM1 is defined in the guideline at position 020. Invalid data: Org name |1000A|NM1|03|
Availity has corrected the issue, however, if you received this rejection prior to November 20th you will need to resubmit the affected claims.
