I have a question for anyone out there.
I bill for a Nuclear Medicine Doctor so we bill for several days. So what I do is enter the charges for all the days before i create a claim. The problem is sometimes the patient will cancel or no show for the last day and then we don't end up billing out for the prior studies as I have no paperwork. Does anyone know of a report that I can run at the end of the month to make sure I bill out everything that was suppose to be billed out. The only report that I know of is the patient aging and to go through that every month is very time consuming. Any other ideas out there??

Thanks
Michelle

Can you go ahead and bill for the 7-day period on the first day and then suppress the claims for any additional services that occur during that period? Depending on what billing software you are using, this might be called "Global Coverage".
