Reminder: RelayHealth® Migrating to Electronic Mailbox

RelayHealth is migrating to a new Electronic Mailbox Facility (EMF). This affects those who use Medisoft® Revenue Management and Lytec® Revenue Management for RelayHealth claim management. RelayHealth has communicated this information to you via Collaboration Compass on an ongoing basis since July. This message is a friendly reminder to ensure you are migrated to the new solution by November 1, 2014.

RelayHealth® has granted you a postponement on the EMF Mailbox migration. EMF Mailbox is the in-box that Medisoft® and Lytec® Revenue Management employs to transmit and obtain files from RelayHealth.

You should finish the migration by February 28, 2015. There will not be an additional postponement for the EMF Mailbox migration. If you do not migrate by February 28, 2015, you will not be able to transmit or obtain files from RelayHealth following that day.

There is one week allowed to confirm that you have been migrated to the new EMF in-box by the February 28, 2015 cutoff date. There will not be an added postponement for the EMF in-box migration.

On March 2, 2015, RelayHealth will auto-migrate all outstanding Medisoft®/Lytec® EMF in-boxes. If you have not finished the migration steps by the cutoff date, you will not link to RelayHealth to forward claim records or transfer payment records following February 28, 2015. You should finish the migration steps in order to stop this disturbance.

Today, March 2: RelayHealth Auto-migrated all RH EDI Clients Not Previously Migrated to New EMF In-Box

Today, March 2, 2015, RelayHealth auto-migrated all of you RelayHealth EDI clients that were not migrated to the new EMF in-box by the February 28, 2015, cutoff date. If you did not finish the migration steps, your software will not link to RelayHealth to transmit claim records or transfer payment records.

You should finish the migration steps in order to reinstate your RelayHealth connectivity.
