Patient Statements

Hi Gavin,
I have a question in reference to a patients statement.
This patient was seen on October of 2013 and her insurance paid all but the copay in November 2013.
A statement was generated as there is a number but it doesn't seem to have printed and every time i try to print the statement is comes up there are no remainder statements to be printed but she has a copay of $50.00 balance. How can I get this statement to print and how can I stop this from happening in the future?
