V19 Custom Walkout receipt Tax ID problem

Hello, we recently upgraded to v19 from v11. We have two different providers in our practice, thus we have two different Tax IDs. I am having a problem with custom Walkout receipt that we've been using in v11. It doesn't pull the correct Tax ID for the assigned provider. We don;t have any problems with correct Tax ID being pulled in CMS forms. Please help!

Which data field are you trying to use? On v19 you have to get the Tax ID from the PINS grids.
