Is there a report that I can print off the top 25-30 dx used in a practice?

and is there a report that I can print or view that would tell me what we made on a procedure code from 2010 or 2011

Yes it is the Diagnosis Ranking Report. We have information about that report and other things you should do to setup for ICD-10 after upgrading to Medisoft v19 here:
