Provider Level Adjustment

How do post provider level adjustment in Medisoft? I have insurance EOB with payments, reversal of claims and provider level adjustments. They basically reporcessed claims and added $15 to CoInsurance. Then took back $15 from the payment. After inputting and applying, the Unapplied balance still shows the provider level adjustments

I think maybe you are talking about a take-back insurance adjustment in Medisoft.
