Still can't understand the reason why Medicaid doesn't receive Cross Over claims from Medicare. I selected Crossover in secondary insurance claims and still nothing works. What could be another solution for this problem. Thank you

Since you know the claims didn't cross over you can send your secondary claims to the clearinghouse. From the Claims window go to Select -> Pri. & Sec. -> Ready to Send. You may have to change the status of the claim to Ready to Send in Medisoft Claims management first.
