hi .

i been trying to connect to the terminal since this morning today and i keep getting i message saying canceled> can you please advice me , why this keeps happening,

Hi Liz, is there more to the message? It seems there should be more to the message to explain why it was cancelled. Possibly there is some sort of login restriction in place on your remote desktop server.
