Hi. I am having trouble downloading the reports from Revenue Management after sending my claims to M-CARE. When i send a claim, at the end it does not give me a report if the batch was Accepted or Rejected.

If you can't get the reports to download at all, then maybe the download script in Revenue Management doesn't work with Medicare's website or BBS anymore. So, before you do anything, try doing a "Check for Updates" to see if an update from McKesson might fix your issue.

You can also try deleting the download script for your Medicare communication out of Revenue Management. Then you can manually do whatever steps Medicare requires to download the reports to Revenue Management's downloads folder.

Install Medisoft v17 sp3.3. Search our forum here for the link to the download. After installing Medisoft v17 sp3.3, then do a Check for Updates to get the latest Revenue Management.

Thanks. One more question. Is it worth to update from v17 2.2 to 3.3 or no? What are the advantages? I f I decide to update should I update over it or do a uninstall and then install the 3.3?

Thank You

You can install Medisoft v17 sp3.3 on top of sp2.2. The main area of work is in Office Hours. If you found the download on our forum, I believe I also posted the release notes with that.
