Customer Notification Capario Update on Processing

Update on Claims needing Re-submission

During the system outage beginning Monday, at roughly 4am ET until Wednesday, 4am ET of this week, Capario was unable to send or receive most files. For submitter customers, please check to make sure all files sent during this period have a positive acknowledgment, or no error message, to ensure that we have received your files for processing. Customers can check the Capario portal or your REC reports on Thursday or Friday to make sure all transactions were received and processed. If you are unable to locate your files please resubmit them to Capario. If you are simply unable to determine status, our recommendation is to resubmit the files and we will reject any duplicates found.

Update on Processing Times and Expectations

Due to the backlog of files being processed from the outage you may experience slight delays in processing and or receipt of acknowledgments/reports.Capario expects to have worked through most of the backlog by end of the day tomorrow Thursday, 7/12/2012.
