Changes to Iowa All Payer Module
On February 1, 2008, Iowa Medicare transitioned to WPS. As a result, providers in Iowa now need to use the WPS module to send their electronic claims to Iowa Medicare. With Medisoft Version 14, the WPS module will be bundled in the Iowa All Payer module solution, which previously included the INET and NDMB modules. The posted All Payer upgrade prices will apply to this bundle when upgrading to Version 14.
Customers that are currently on Medisoft Version 12 that have purchased the Iowa All Payer module can call your Medisoft Value Added Reseller to request a copy of the WPS Module at no charge other than shipping costs. Customers that are currently on Medisoft Version 12 who have purchased only the NDMB module will need to pay the upgrade price for the WPS Module in order to send claims to WPS.
